This is relatively an old hotel, but redone heavily and therefore is modern. The location of the hotel scores maximum points for this property - very close to the Railway station (Junction) and the city; parking space is available; good service at the reception and in the rooms; Rooms are relatively small, but neat; so are the bathrooms; good value for money; ask for room facing road. Restaurant is alright but a bit costly

This hotel situated 100 meters from M G road Ernakulam,From the moment we walked in till last movement we had nothing but outstanding service especially the General manager Mr.Mohammed Kungnu who tried his utmost best to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed , over all it is an nice hotel for a reasonable price. over all good and comfortable for middle class and high family. staffs also good. service also good. very neat and clean. thanks Mr.Mohammed Kungnu for your courtesy and hospitality.surely I recomended my friends.

It is situated 150 meters off MG Road Ernakulam, ideal for budget travel or while cooling off. The room has all amenities of business class except a coffee maker , the complimentary break fast is not buffet, was however fine . The room was clean and three person can accomodate easily. The USp is the location - proximity to railway station , access to other public transport. The snacks ordered were also good.

This is a hotel with adequate doble bedded rooms for stays during tours. A restaurant is also there and reasonable foods are available. The environment is good with well ambience. The staffs are polite and help in any problem

I was not allowed to board the flight on the 3rd December, 2018 due to my ill health. We booked at the Excellency Airport Hotel on the 3rd December. The room was clean and very tidy. As I was ill I went to sleep immediately. I have to commend this hotel for their beds and pillows. The bed and pillows were excellent. I slept like a baby after a very long time. The price was affordable and service was great. the staff took great care of me as I was in no position to walk. Although we only stayed a night here, I was very impressed with the service and care. Thanks a lot guys.
